The Loudonville-Perrysville Exempted Village School District is seeking qualified applicants for the position of
Superintendent. The geographically large district, which is home to the Mohican recreational area, is situated in the
counties of Ashland, Holmes, Knox, and Richland.

The Board is seeking a new district leader with expertise in the areas of instructional leadership, school finance, and
business operations. Strong communication skills, transparency, and collaborative leadership are vital qualities for the
next superintendent to possess. The successful candidate will effectively carry out the duties of the role by being highly
organized, engaging, and results-oriented.

Loudonville-Perrysville Exempted Village School District covers approximately 119 square miles and has an enrollment
of 949 students in grades Kindergarten through twelfth. Covering a large geographic area, it will be important for the new
superintendent to build a strong relationship with the community and its members, including honoring their culture,
history, traditions, and values.

Position Title:   Administrative Assistant  (Part Time)

Position Summary:     Perform Administrative duties assisting the Secretary/Social Media/Marketing individual in providing support to the Berlin Main Street Merchants (BMSM) and their events and activities in the Community.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Attend all monthly Board of Directors and Member meetings

Prepare and send notices (via email) of Board of Directors and Member meetings

Prepare minutes of all Board of Directors and Member meetings, and distribute such

Solicit sponsors from Membership for monthly member meetings

Respond to inquiries (via phone, email or text) regarding the community and scheduled events

Maintain and manage Social Media platforms; creating Posts as it relates to the business of the BMSM

Maintain and manage Web Site as it relates to the events of the BMSM

Prepare, distribute and maintain the Membership solicitation and roster

Maintain files (i.e. records management), both electronic and physical, as it relates to the business of the BMSM

Attend events sponsored by the BMSM, and provide assistance as needed

Performs other duties as assigned
