Children's Advocacy Center

The Child Advocacy Center is a non-profit organization that serves Holmes, Wayne and Ashland Counties and is a safe place for children to share tell their story who have been sexually or physically abused.

 

Our forensic interviewer is specially trained to help children through this process and gather information that may be helpful in seeking justice as well as helping the child get connected with health and mental health services to help them begin their healing process. 

 

The Center will also perform a forensic medical exam to collect DNA evidence as well as making sure the child is overall healthy. The Center works closely with Children Services, Law Enforcement, Prosecutors and Health/Mental Health providers.
